Mindset Clarity 

As aspiring women entrepreneurs you need clarity, confidence to decide on your motives to be an entrepreneurs and on your leadership style. During the coaching process you will be supported to find the best approach to achieve your goal. I will help you create self-awareness by listening to yourself. This is the way to making clarity and identifying your abilities and values. 

 

Modality

I start with a 30 minutes ''Taste and See'' session during which you are exposed to how the real sessions may evolve. If it is your fit and you are interested, then we agree and design an alliance  (agreement) for our working plan. This plan takes 6 sessions of 60 minutes each (or shorter). After these sessions, you are entitled to follow up sessions (bonus) of same length we may agree on. Sessions are on location or online depending on situations.

French and English are the main languages I use.

 Method or Approach

My coaching apporach considers you as a whole: body, mindset/head, heart, emotions and spirit. So, it is not always a   straightforward journey. You are given the space to be yourself and to decide on your own. I am a partner and a facilitator.

 

As human beings we are not to be fixed. We are all ''creative, resourceful and whole'' and endowed with the ability to think and decide for what is good for ourselves. So,. I stand by you for a journey of self-discovery in order for you to upskill yourself. I help you so that your ''plan for your life and your dreams''  become a reality. It is about helping and guiding you to make clarity in your mindset. Then you can take  responsibility for yourself to identify what makes sense to you in life. This requires of you leaving behind the easy way of blaming others for your own setbacks. Then without any external validation you can take action to break the social biases formed toward you.

 

Through active listening, curiosity and empathy I help you identify and understand your real problem or fears blocking you. The process may be challenging but is always done with respect and boundaries well set. Through the sets of skills and tools acquired, I take you to the essence of your inner freedom.

One-on-One Coaching

The One-on-One Coaching is primarily for Aspiring women daring to start an entrepreneurial or leadership activity. Many need guidance and assurance to fully start. Women need to move from their current confined position where the society has kept them to a much more visible position. I help such bold and daring women with the appropriate Personal Leadership and Transformational tools to take the lead according to their aspiration. The coaching process leads them to be more engaged, have impact, visibility, influence and thrive in  their individual and professional lives. In this way they can achieve Optimum Performance, Productivity and Profitability for themselves but for the continent as well.

 Group/ Team Coaching

In the context of Diversity and Inclusion, aspiring women entrepreneurs need to be more intentional and visionary. In their leadership, claivoyance and vigilance are crucial ingredients. With this in mind, I reach out to women in organizations, in small teams/ group or association wanting to be coached or trained. I offer women the possibility to tighten their team synergy, to be more assertive and authentic. Inclusive leadership in the face of diversity requires from women entrepreneurs a certain mindset, an engaged posture in everyday life. Women need to be in the forefront for more active advocacy by active and visible leadership.

I offer a highly impactful Group Coaching taking into account the particularity of each team or group.

 

Marriage Preparation For Couples

I help young couples discern and prepare for marriage or couples in need of refreshing their marriage vows or commitment. Through a well designed  and tested program, I lead them for self-discovery and self acceptance for whom they really are. In this way, they can better understand why they behave or react differently. This process helps them know and understand each other better, and set a firm ground for growth. They come to realise that the gift of being complementary than only equla. Coaching couples is clearly linked to empowering women break the social biases formed towards them by our society.

Inter-cultural Communication

 Working for many years with people from different cultural backgrounds has been a great asset adding to my initial education in the field. As an inter-cultural facilitator, I help and guide people working in multi-cultural contexts. This asset, I put it at the disposal of people especially women who may need it in whatever area. Cultural differences can be enriching if one knows how to be receptive to other cultures and their people.
