​

Augustin is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (ICF Accredited). He is passionate about coaching Aspiring African Women Entrepreneurs who want to be heard and be more visible through their leadership. He helps African women build a visionary leadership to be more impactful, visible and to thrive in their personal and professional life. Only in this capacity, can they contribute to the development of the continent by their productivity and revenue. He believes that Africa needs more catalyst women to contribute their quota to the African continent. He is a trainer  as well  as inter -cultural communication facilitator.

 

Through his integral and holistic approach he helps his clients reconcile head and heart through a balance  of  body, emotion and spiritual intelligence. Together with the clients they engage in co-creation.

 

In addition to his study in philosophy, theology and 17 years in pastoral and missionary ministry experiences, he has expertise in counselling and very conversant with psychodynamic system approach. Since 2017 he is residing in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where he  is fully engaged with many organizations in migration field.

 

It is his call and mission to enable women build a vision for a visionary and impactful leadership. Women as well as men have the ability to be ''naturally creative, resourceful and whole''. Through coaching he helps women go into their inner world, reflect, recollect  and bring from inside the untapped potential and ability in them.

During his coaching sessions, clients are responsible for finding their life compass for a new direction.

 

He listens to clients with keen curiosity, empathy and genuine attention not just to gather data but to carry the learning forward. Clients always go back with their ''renewed selves''.

Why Diversity and Inclusion?

I have strong reasons to advocate for women.

For the past 7 good years, I have worked closely with women leadership positions in Amsterdam. This experience has brought to my realisation the crucial importance of women in leadership position. Through this experience, I have come to appreciate how they have helped me see other facets of my life which were unkown to me. So, there is no doubt that involving more African women in leadership positions as entrepreneurship. can have a positive impact in facing many challenges of the continent. The African society is still slow in giving women more space to have their voice in the society. We  just need to realise the urgency of such a call for women to get in the scene. African women deserve to be made more visible because their contribution to the society is surely priceless. It is high time we read the signs of time. We live in a more diversed society and Africa needs to more inclusive. Through my services to Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs, I want to be part of those who make that dream more real every day.
