What is Coaching?
Growth and transformation take place in us when we become aware of our present situation and decide to change for the best. Coaching helps us realize our potentials and work toward achieving them. It requires a coach who helps and inspires others to become the best version of who they want to be. As a coach I am neither a therapist nor a counsellor. But I may use either tool from all of them. The coach is more concerned about the present forward of people’s life. With coaching, one is set for life transformation and renewal in which the coache and the coachee or the client work together toward the expected goal. Coaching is for those who are willing to change and grow. Coaching touches all aspects of life that the client wants to explore. But it all demands some courage to fully engage in the process. It takes commitment and engagement to arrive at a goal your set for yourself. The coach is a guide by your side.
Coaching is for those who find value in it. Anybody who is willing and committed to evolve and grow can be coached. Individuals own their values and their choices and these must be respected. There is no chance to coach someone who is unwilling and does not find the need to do so. When there is doubt or suspicion, coaching cannot start. Coaching is out of free choice. In that way, coaching can help bring out meaningful outcome.
Who can be coached?
Coaching is an indispensable tool for self-growth and self-discovery. So, you can be coached if you trust the process:. We take you from your current reality forward. We trust your aspirations and make sure you are fully heard throughout the process. We will challenge you if need be so that together we achieve the best in you. We always focus on the awareness of your feelings, thoughts, body language, and intuition. Empathy and deep respect are key during our sessions. Depending on cases, reflective enquiry could be added to the process.
